  • Floor Plan and/or Ideal Dimensions List

  • Full-service Sourcing (Vintage + New Furniture/Decor)

  • Incorporation of items you want to keep

  • In person & Virtual options (In-person visits + on site project management are billed separately)

  • Ordering Service & Exclusive Trade Discount offering

 

Other deliverables and number of iterations vary. Room count, room size, and amount of design/home visits affect overall design fee.

A full on partnership from beginning to end! Best suited for those who are mostly starting from scratch and want a hands-on experience with more in-person sessions together.

 

  • 2-10 months time commitment based on project size

  • Access to trusted contractors/vendors for home renovations/ repairs/installations complete with coordinating and overseeing as needed

  • In-person space measurements & initial consultation

  • Floor plan/furniture layouts and revisions as needed

  • In-person visits for sample, color and material reviews

  • Room model/ Renderings (2D & 3D options available) with revisions

  • Sourcing and Shopping lists

  • Styling and install sessions as needed

  • 2-6 week timeline 

  • Virtual availability for clients outside of NY/NJ

  • Floor plan with furniture layout and/or Ideal Dimensions List

  • Up to 2 floor plan revisions

  • Up to 3 paint color suggestions per room

  • Up to 2 Room Model revisions

  • Shopping list with up to 3 suggestions per item

  • In-person & virtual sessions available as needed
